These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any services provided by B Bespoke Wardrobes.

By accessing this website or instructing us to carry out work, you agree to these terms.

2. Website Use

The content on this website is for general information only. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current or error free.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce website content without permission

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to damage or interfere with site functionality

All images, designs, branding and written content remain the intellectual property of B Bespoke Wardrobes.

3. Enquiries and Quotations

Submitting an enquiry via our website, phone or email does not form a contract.

All quotations:

• Are provided free of charge unless otherwise agreed

• Are valid for the period stated on the quotation

• Are subject to site survey and final measurements

A contract is only formed once the quotation has been accepted in writing and any required deposit has been paid.

4. Bespoke Products

All wardrobes, fitted furniture, home offices and storage solutions are custom made to order.

Because products are bespoke:

• Minor variations in finish, grain, shade or texture may occur

• Dimensions are based on final confirmed measurements

• Once manufacturing has started, changes may not be possible

Bespoke products are non refundable once production has commenced, except where required by law.

5. Pricing and Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in your quotation or agreement.

Typically:

• A deposit is required to secure your booking

• The balance is payable upon completion unless otherwise agreed

We reserve the right to suspend work if payments are not made on time.

Late payments may incur reasonable recovery costs.

6. Installation

You agree to:

• Provide clear access to the installation area

• Ensure the space is safe and suitable for installation

• Inform us of any structural or electrical issues before installation

We take reasonable care when working in your home but are not responsible for pre existing defects or hidden structural issues.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 14 days of accepting the quotation, provided manufacturing has not begun.

If manufacturing has started, cancellation may result in loss of deposit or additional charges to cover materials and labour already committed.

8. Warranties

We provide a workmanship guarantee on installations. Details of any product or materials warranty will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

This does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse

• Damage caused by third party alterations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total contract value.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of profit or opportunity

• Delays outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this website.
