Excellent!! There was no hard sell, just good advice and a knowledge of the wardrobes we wanted installed. The quotation and drawings were prompt and all correspondence, efficient from start to finish. The fitters were so friendly, neat and tidy in their work and cleared up beyond the room of the installation - even hoovering my stairs too, not just removing dust sheets. They kindly added some shelving outside of the Wardrobes too. The product is very solid and works amazingly well for us and looks fresh and modern. "We originally asked for a quote for a fitted wardrobe and this company was suggested on Google. One of the brothers came to the house, was very friendly and spoke about all the options in detail and discussed what would be best for the space we wanted it in.
We had looked at other companies however they did not offer the services that B Bespoke Wardrobes offered. He went through the pricing and the options for payment in detail which also helped.
The quote itself did not have a time limit and were extremely helpful throughout. The company has very good communication as they responded to our emails within a promptly manner.
Regarding the fitting of the wardrobe, the person who turned up was the other brother as this is a family run business by himself and cracked with the work. In less than 5 hours an excellent wardrobe was fitted. This was with no issues and was also very friendly. (Pictures attached).
Both brothers had a great sense of humour and we cannot fault the service we received. 10/10 would definitely recommend this company."
